SHIPMENTS

We provide shipping service all over India with cost as per actuals. We will ship the product to your doorstep all over India. Also, customers can pick up or collect the product by themselves from Zooperin between 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Saturday (as per their convenience).

PLEASE NOTE

If the Customer chooses the option of collecting the product by themselves from our premises then they need to bring a photocopy of any of the following photo id proofs handy for receiving the delivery.

• Pan card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Voters card

Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required.

If some person other than the customer approaches for acceptance of delivery, then his/her photo ID will also be required.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

As the customer himself or his authorized representative will accept the delivery of order from Zooperin after verifying the product at Zooperin itself, generally, there will not be any case of returning the product or its exchange as it happens in the case of door delivery.

Hence, all such cases shall be treated at par with the cases of offline transactions and the prevailing policy for return or exchange of the products.

In case of home delivery, customer shall return the product within 7 working days. We shall check the condition of product and other quality parameters including weight, etc. within next 7 working days and process the refund thereafter. Hence, refund may take approximately 15 working days. If product is not returned within 7 working days, then Zooperin shall not be liable to accept the return of product under any circumstances.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway.

If required, Zooperin shall replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price. Refunds will only be made after we have received the product undamaged and in its original packaging.
